3. Identify and engage top talent through proactive searches in databases and external channels.
4. Conduct candidate identification, interviews, and evaluations from an HR perspective.
5. Implement innovative recruitment strategies and maintain candidate relationships.
6. Ensure comprehensive and updated information in recruitment systems.
7. Oversee the full recruitment cycle and manage Talent Branding initiatives.

1. Fluency in French and English is essential.
