1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial briefing with managers and HR to final candidate selection, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
2. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to support recruitment for Chloé, Cartier, and regional functions.
3. Monitor and analyze performance data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate reporting to inform necessary actions.
4. Participate in cross-functional projects, including the transition to a new HR information system (Workday).

1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume agency setting.
2. Proficiency in recruitment and sourcing tools, as well as digital platforms.
3. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously in a matrix environment.
4. Fluency in English.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in recruitment, ideally within a high-volume agency environment.
