- Provide comprehensive support to the Talent Acquisition team across all recruitment activities.
- Efficiently schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews for candidates.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate information on interviews and feedback.
- Communicate professionally and maintain strict confidentiality with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Administer the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including opening and closing requisitions, candidate communication, and report generation.
- Assist in organizing candidate assessment centers under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners in maintaining active and engaged talent pools.
- Contribute to projects involving market insights and data analytics.
- Support and participate in Talent Acquisition events and activations (both internal and external).
- Provide ad-hoc project support as needed.
- Proficient in PC and digital literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong motivation to develop a career in HR/Talent Acquisition.
- Data-driven with an analytical mindset.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take on new projects as required.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong team player with a proactive approach to contributing new ideas.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders; a team player with a sense of humor.
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure and with various senior managers.
No prior experience required, but a strong motivation to develop a career in HR/Talent Acquisition is essential.
