1. Provide comprehensive support to the Talent Acquisition team across all recruitment activities.
2. Efficiently schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews for candidates.
3. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
4. Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate information on interviews and feedback.
5. Communicate professionally and maintain strict confidentiality with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
6. Administer the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including opening and closing requisitions, candidate communication, and report generation.
7. Assist in organizing candidate assessment centers under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Partner.
8. Support Talent Acquisition Partners in maintaining active and engaged talent pools.
9. Contribute to projects involving market insights and data analytics.
10. Support and participate in Talent Acquisition events and activations (both internal and external).
11. Provide ad-hoc project support as needed.

1. Proficient in PC and digital literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
2. Strong motivation to develop a career in HR/Talent Acquisition.
3. Data-driven with an analytical mindset.
4. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information appropriately.
5. Flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take on new projects as required.
6. Exceptional customer service skills.
7. Strong team player with a proactive approach to contributing new ideas.
