1. Participate in the recruitment process for Richemont interns in Switzerland.
2. Source potential candidates through various channels and select top profiles.
3. Organize and conduct interviews, ensuring an exemplary candidate experience.
4. Assist in organizing campus events in collaboration with Richemont Group and targeted schools to attract top talent.
5. Represent the company at on-site events, job fairs, and networking sessions.
6. Contribute to establishing and maintaining relationships with schools and universities.
7. Aid in the development and enhancement of the internship program.
8. Collaborate on HR digitalization projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree and seeking a mandatory internship starting February 2026.
2. Proficient in MS Office tools.
3. Fluent in both English and French.
4. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Exhibit a positive personality and meticulous attention to detail.
6. Demonstrate a team-oriented mindset.
