1. Participate in the recruitment process for interns in Switzerland.
2. Source potential candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings.
3. Organize and conduct interviews, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
4. Assist in organizing campus events in collaboration with Richemont Group and targeted schools to attract top talent.
5. Represent the company at on-site events, job fairs, and networking sessions.
6. Contribute to building and maintaining relationships with schools and universities.
7. Aid in the development and enhancement of the internship program.
8. Collaborate on projects related to the digitalization of HR documents and the improvement of HR administrative processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program, seeking a mandatory internship.
2. Fluent in English and French.
3. Available for a 6-month internship starting April 1, 2025.

1. Proficient in MS Office.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Positive personality with attention to detail.
4. Strong teamwork capabilities.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and talent acquisition is essential.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree.
