- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage candidate data.
- Assist with resume screening, candidate sourcing, and initial applicant contact.
- Coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and provide support to candidates and stakeholders.
- Attend and assist with the setup, management, and execution of offsite job fairs.
- Assist with the onboarding process and prepare necessary paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain key reports to monitor recruitment activity.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or equivalent education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High degree of confidentiality with sensitive information.

2 to 3 years in Talent Acquisition or equivalent educational background in a related field.
