Richemont Supply and Matching Administrator

- Support the repair process for Richemont Group luxury brand products, including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Piaget.
- Manage and verify parts orders necessary for product repairs.
- Communicate with the HK APAC Customer Service team to ensure timely parts procurement.
- Receive and match parts with corresponding repair orders.
- Conduct periodic returns of defective or unused parts.
- Perform monthly inventory checks and manage stock levels.
- Order and manage tools and supplies, including vendor management, regular inventory checks, and maintenance scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
- Minimum of two years' experience in general administration and parts inventory management preferred.
- Proficiency in business English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of performing tasks systematically.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
At least two years of experience in administration and inventory management, preferably within the luxury goods or related industry.
Bachelor's degree required.
