1. Conduct thorough functional and visual assessments to identify all visible and non-obvious faults in luxury timepieces.
2. Perform quick services and complete movement overhauls, including Quartz, Mechanical, Automatic, Chronograph, and other complications.
3. Execute maintenance services such as gasket replacements and crystal fitting, ensuring water resistance.
4. Dismantle and assemble various types of watch cases.
5. Maintain workbench, workshop, tools, and equipment in impeccable condition.
6. Order timely replenishments of spare parts and necessary supplies.
7. Conduct thorough quality checks of completed repairs before release.
8. Provide feedback to management and technical support to aid in client communications.
9. Solve technical problems related to repairs and the workshop.
10. Adhere to defined intervention and repair processes.
11. Complete daily allocated jobs according to defined deadlines.
12. Participate in coordination, continuous improvement, and problem-solving meetings.

1. Proven experience as a watchmaker servicing Swiss watches, with training records and certificates welcomed.

1. Excellent knowledge of mechanical and quartz movements.
2. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify hidden faults.
3. Proficient in oiling and hairspring work, including replacement, fitting, and adjustment.
4. Good understanding of watchmaking equipment and tools.
5. Basic computer skills, including office applications.
6. Good understanding and basic spoken English.
7. Action and results-oriented.

Proven experience as a watchmaker servicing Swiss watches is required.
