1. Engage and communicate with suppliers to ensure compliance with the Supplier Code of Conduct.
2. Identify and onboard suppliers in collaboration with Procurement and Responsible Sourcing teams.
3. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on supplier adherence to the Code of Conduct.
4. Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and suppliers.
5. Collaborate with procurement, legal, and sustainability teams to ensure consistent standards and communication.
6. Support procurement in supplier selection and onboarding processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier management, compliance, or CSR.
3. Strong understanding of responsible sourcing and corporate governance.

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. Proficient in MS Office and supplier management software.
3. Strong project management capabilities.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
5. Ability to analyze supplier data and prepare reports.

A minimum of 2 years in supplier management, compliance, or corporate social responsibility is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
