1. Participate in a structured 3-month internship program from June to August, focusing on learning and professional development.
2. Gain exposure to business operations within various Maisons and regional functions.
3. Engage with different Maison heritages and participate in site visits, including L’Ecole, CRC, and Richemont Retail Academy.
4. Attend specific learning sessions on diverse business topics.
5. Collaborate on a business case study and present findings to the leadership team.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
2. Demonstrated interest in the luxury goods sector.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
3. Proactive and eager to learn.

No prior professional experience is required, although any exposure to the luxury industry is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
