1. Deliver personalised styling consultations and curated product recommendations to discerning clientele, both in-boutique and by appointment.
2. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and tailored service.
3. Create complete looks and manage fittings, alterations and wardrobe recommendations to achieve exceptional presentation and client satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with store leadership, visual merchandising and marketing to implement seasonal editorial concepts, trunk shows and private events.
5. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across maisons and collections, ensuring accurate translation of features, provenance and craftsmanship to clients.
6. Drive sales performance and KPI attainment through consultative selling, upselling and conversion of prospects into repeat clients.
7. Support stock management for styling inventory, coordinate sample logistics for appointments and ensure presentation standards are upheld.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail, personal styling or client-facing roles (typically 2+ years) with demonstrable client development and sales outcomes.
2. Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence high-net-worth clients discreetly and professionally.
3. Impeccable visual sensibility, strong knowledge of fit, fabric and fashion trends, and an eye for editorial presentation.
4. Flexible availability to support evenings, weekends and private appointments as required.
5. Right to work in the UK and availability to work on-site in London.

A track record of 2+ years in luxury retail, personal shopping or fashion styling, with evidence of client acquisition, retention and consistent sales performance. Experience working with high-net-worth clientele and participating in private sales or VIP events is preferred.

Degree or professional qualification in Fashion, Styling, Retail Management, or equivalent professional experience; formal styling certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
