1. Support the Managing Director and UK-based Senior Management team with company-wide project prioritization for Peter Millar and GFORE UK.
2. Assist in organizing operational planning for strategic projects to enhance business efficiencies.
3. Identify new project opportunities by leveraging company exposure and understanding business needs.
4. Develop rapport with stakeholders to understand their needs and resource constraints for timely project execution.
5. Scope potential business solutions, including cost analysis, timelines, and resource requirements.
6. Assist the Managing Director with strategic planning exercises, supported by Senior Management.
7. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to align goals with annual and quarterly objectives.
8. Serve as a thought partner to educate teams on business reports and key performance measurements.
9. Combine industry, market, and customer trend understanding to position Peter Millar at the forefront of innovation.
10. Utilize data and analytics to assess performance and identify competitive advantage opportunities.
11. Work cross-functionally to document major yearly initiatives and optimize business operations.
