- Support the Managing Director and UK Senior Management team with company-wide project prioritization.
- Assist in the organization of operational planning for strategic projects to drive business efficiencies.
- Identify new project opportunities based on business needs.
- Develop rapport with stakeholders to understand their needs and execute projects on time.
- Scope out potential business solutions including cost analysis and resource needs.
- Assist with strategic planning exercises.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to align goals with objectives.
- Serve as a thought partner and educate teams on business reports and performance measurements.
- Combine industry, market, and customer trends to position the company for innovation.

A track record of successful experience in evaluating business opportunities and executing diverse projects in a fast-paced organization. Previous experience in the golf, sporting goods, or fashion industry is desirable. Ability to travel both domestically and globally is essential.
