- Support the Managing Director and UK-based Senior Management team with company-wide project prioritization for Peter Millar and GFORE UK.
- Assist in organizing operational planning for strategic projects to enhance business efficiencies.
- Identify new project opportunities by leveraging company exposure and understanding business needs.
- Develop rapport with stakeholders to understand their needs and resource constraints for timely project execution.
- Scope potential business solutions, including cost analysis, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Assist the Managing Director with strategic planning exercises, supported by Senior Management.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to align goals with annual and quarterly objectives.
- Serve as a thought partner to educate teams on business reports and key performance measurements.
- Combine industry, market, and customer trend understanding to position Peter Millar at the forefront of innovation.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess performance and identify competitive advantage opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to document major yearly initiatives and optimize business operations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect disparate information to identify opportunities and risks.
- Experience in evaluating business opportunities and executing diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel domestically and globally.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with effective meeting facilitation and scheduling abilities.
- Strong analytical skills for both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to evolving corporate strategy.

A track record of successful experience in evaluating business opportunities and executing diverse projects in a fast-paced organization. Previous experience in the golf, sporting goods, or fashion industry is desirable.
