Strategic Project Manager

1. Support the Managing Director and UK Senior Management team with company-wide project prioritization.
2. Assist in the organization of operational planning for strategic projects to drive business efficiencies.
3. Identify new project opportunities based on business needs.
4. Develop rapport with stakeholders to understand their needs and execute projects on time.
5. Scope out potential business solutions including cost analysis and resource needs.
6. Assist with strategic planning exercises.
7. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to align goals with objectives.
8. Serve as a thought partner and educate teams on business reports and performance measurements.
9. Combine industry, market, and customer trends to position the company for innovation.
10. Leverage data and analytics to assess performance and identify competitive advantages.
11. Work cross-functionally to optimize business operations and ensure resource availability.

A track record of successful experience in evaluating business opportunities and executing diverse projects in a fast-paced organization. Previous experience in the golf, sporting goods, or fashion industry is desirable. Ability to travel both domestically and globally is essential.
