- Provide critical support to the Group Corporate Communications Director and the Group Corporate External Communications Director in defining and implementing omni-channel communications strategies.
- Develop messages and communication assets on a broad array of topics, including Environment Social and Governance (ESG) issues.
- Craft clear, concise, and strategic messaging tailored to different audiences, including employees, investors, and media.
- Oversee the development of communication materials such as holding statements and Q&As.
- Collaborate with various Group functions to ensure alignment of messaging and approach.
- Leverage communications agency resources effectively.
- Conduct strategic communication and media training sessions for key spokespeople.
- Monitor emerging trends, potential threats, and public sentiment, providing timely insights and recommendations.
- Conduct post-situation evaluations to assess response effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide clear status updates to senior leadership on preparedness and response strategies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, or Public Affairs.
- 10+ years of experience in crisis communications or corporate communications in a listed company, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
- Proven track record of managing high-stakes communications scenarios.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience with digital communication platforms and social media management.
- Strong executive presence and ability to interface with all levels of the organisation.
- Hands-on with exceptional collaboration skills.
- Bi-lingual English and French preferred, complete fluency in English required.
10+ years in crisis communications or corporate communications within a listed company, ideally in the luxury goods sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, or Public Affairs.
