1. Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance retail stock management processes across 60 boutiques in Paris and southern France.
2. Innovate and optimize stock and administrative processes by proposing and implementing automation solutions.
3. Analyze stock performance and communicate findings to Maison and boutique management, emphasizing automation and optimization.
4. Conduct audits in boutiques to ensure compliance with commercial, financial, and regulatory standards.
5. Proactively resolve boutique-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and Maison services.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management, business school, or related field.
2. Prior experience in management control, retail, or internal audit is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Effective communication skills and team collaboration.
5. Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a prestigious company.
6. Fluency in English is an advantage.

Previous experience in management control, retail, or internal audit, including internships or fixed-term contracts, is highly valued.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management, business school, or related field.
