- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Document technical specifications, development processes, and testing procedures.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing of ServiceNow solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders and business process consultants to analyze requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Participate in platform upgrade efforts, including testing and validation.
- Analyze and evaluate existing ServiceNow implementations to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within and outside the team through presentations, coaching sessions, or other sharing practices.
- 3+ years of experience in a ServiceNow Developer role.
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certificates.
- At least one ServiceNow CIS is a plus.
- A good understanding of ITIL v4.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools and techniques, including Glide, Jelly, and AngularJS.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Fluent written and oral English.
- French language knowledge is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in a ServiceNow Developer role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications are required. ITIL v4 understanding is beneficial.
