1. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
2. Configure and develop ServiceNow applications and modules.
3. Document technical specifications, development processes, and testing procedures.
4. Perform unit testing and integration testing of ServiceNow solutions.
5. Identify and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
6. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
8. Work closely with IT and business stakeholders and business process consultants to analyze requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
9. Participate in platform upgrade efforts, including testing and validation.
10. Analyze and evaluate existing ServiceNow implementations to identify areas for improvement.
11. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
12. Facilitate knowledge transfer within and outside the team through presentations, coaching sessions, or other sharing practices.

1. 3+ years of experience in a ServiceNow Developer role.
2. ServiceNow CSA and CAD certificates.
3. At least one ServiceNow CIS is a plus.
4. A good understanding of ITIL v4.

1. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
2. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
3. Experience with ServiceNow development tools and techniques, including Glide, Jelly, and AngularJS.
4. Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
5. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
7. Fluent written and oral English.
8. French language knowledge is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in a ServiceNow Developer role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications are required. ITIL v4 understanding is beneficial.
