Richemont Service and Process Optimization Intern

- Assist in the execution of brand and functional strategies within the Technical Operations Department.
- Engage in projects to enhance process flows by applying Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Lead, coordinate, train, and monitor work teams to ensure project success.
- Optimize digital monitoring tools and automate data transfer systems.
- Implement visual management systems to streamline workflow and reduce lead times.
- Conduct complex data analyses to improve technical processes and support change management initiatives.
- Regularly report project progress to the Technical Operations and Projects Director.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program.
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
- Authorized to work in the United States; international students must have a current work visa.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Innovative thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to assisting others.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is preferred.
Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
This is a paid internship offering $20.00 per hour.
Interns will gain valuable insights into the luxury goods industry and will be paired with a mentor to guide their professional development. The internship provides an opportunity to work in a competitive and dynamic environment.
