Richemont Service & Operations Optimization Intern

- Contribute to the creation and documentation of standards and processes, including exploring software options, defining templates, and validation flows.
- Train teams on new templates and flows, and transition existing documentation to the new system.
- Advance continuous improvement projects within the technical center.
- Assist in coordinating, organizing, documenting, and tracking project roadmaps and action plans in administrative or technical areas.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, preferably in an engineering curriculum.
- Authorized to work in the United States; international students must have a current work visa.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and energetic approach to assisting on projects and initiatives.
No prior experience required, but candidates should be tech-savvy and eager to learn.
Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, preferably in engineering.
This is a paid internship.
Interns will gain valuable knowledge of the luxury goods industry and be partnered with a mentor for guidance and support throughout the program.
