1. Manage payroll accounting postings, VAT liquidation, and group VAT consolidation.
2. Review VAT registers for accuracy and prepare monthly Intrastat declarations.
3. Prepare annual Certificazione Unica (CU) and 770 declarations.
4. Calculate withholding tax and manage related payments and postings.
5. Print mandatory books such as VAT registers, journal entries, and fixed assets registers.
6. Ensure accurate VAT treatment in invoice issuance and provide guidance to other departments.
7. Collaborate with colleagues and external consultants on corporate tax calculations.
8. Support fiscal year opening and closing processes, and group reporting for tax matters.
9. Cooperate with internal control functions and auditors for compliance controls.
10. Implement new tax compliance controls and participate in ad-hoc projects and innovation initiatives.

1. Fluency in Italian and English.
2. Degree in Economics or Business Administration.

1. Strong experience in accounting and reporting with an interest in fiscal and compliance matters.
2. Collaborative team player with a supportive approach.
3. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on legal requirements.
4. Exceptional attention to detail in daily tasks.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Previous experience in accounting and reporting with a focus on fiscal and compliance matters is required.

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration.
