Senior Tax Accountant

1. Manage payroll accounting posting, VAT liquidation, group VAT consolidation, and review VAT registers for correctness.
2. Prepare monthly Intrastat declarations, yearly Certificazione Unica (CU), and yearly 770 declarations.
3. Calculate withholding tax and manage related payments and postings.
4. Print mandatory books such as VAT register, journal entries book, and fixed assets register.
5. Issue invoices with correct VAT treatment and manage general accounting records related to tax, payroll, and insurance payments.
6. Support colleagues on correct VAT treatment for invoice issuance.
7. Collaborate with colleagues and external consultants for corporate tax calculations.
8. Support fiscal year opening and closing processes and group reporting for tax-related matters.
9. Cooperate with internal control functions and auditors for controls related to assigned activities.
10. Drive the implementation of new tax compliance controls.
11. Participate in ad-hoc projects, analysis, and innovation initiatives.

1. Fluent in Italian and English
2. Degree/Bachelor in Economics or Business Administration
3. Previous experience in accounting and reporting
4. Strong interest in fiscal and compliance matters

4. SAP knowledge is a plus

Degree/Bachelor in Economics or Business Administration
