1. Design and develop custom business applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform within the SharePoint environment.
2. Configure, monitor, and manage permissions and security settings in SharePoint and Power Apps.
3. Assist with site migrations, server updates, and testing to support global objectives.
4. Perform technical feasibility assessments to determine the optimal development platform for projects.
5. Stay informed about technical advancements and contribute to the global community of developers.
6. Provide Level 2 Service Desk support and respond to tickets promptly.
7. Create and present training materials to enable business partners to maintain solutions independently.
8. Collaborate with business teams to translate complex requirements into valuable applications.
9. Assess and prioritize business requests to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with leadership goals.
10. Document business requirements and provide accurate estimates for project milestones.
11. Apply agile methodologies to manage project scope and ensure timely delivery.

1. 5+ years of experience in building custom SharePoint sites and applications.
2. 3+ years of experience with PowerApps development and deployment.
3. Experience working in complex, global organizations, preferably in retail or similar industries.
4. Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and system design.
5. Experience in producing technical documentation and providing user support.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and BI.
2. Experience with SharePoint add-ins, SQL Server, MS Net Framework, HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
3. Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
4. Excellent communication and training skills.
5. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing custom SharePoint sites and applications, with at least 3 years focused on PowerApps development.

Bachelor’s Degree in software development or computer engineering. A Master’s degree in software engineering is preferred.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
