Richemont Senior SharePoint/Power Platform Developer

- Design and develop custom business applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform within the SharePoint environment.
- Configure, monitor, and manage permissions and security settings in SharePoint and Power Apps.
- Assist with site migrations, server updates, and testing to support global objectives.
- Perform technical feasibility assessments to determine the optimal development platform for projects.
- Stay informed about technical advancements and contribute to the global community of developers.
- Provide Level 2 Service Desk support and respond to tickets promptly.
- Create and present training materials to enable business partners to maintain solutions independently.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate complex requirements into valuable applications.
- Assess and prioritize business requests to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with leadership goals.
- Document business requirements and provide accurate estimates for project milestones.
- Apply agile methodologies to manage project scope and ensure timely delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in building custom SharePoint sites and applications.
- 3+ years of experience with PowerApps development and deployment.
- Experience working in complex, global organizations, preferably in retail or similar industries.
- Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and system design.
- Experience in producing technical documentation and providing user support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and BI.
- Experience with SharePoint add-ins, SQL Server, MS Net Framework, HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing custom SharePoint sites and applications, with at least 3 years focused on PowerApps development.
Bachelor’s Degree in software development or computer engineering. A Master’s degree in software engineering is preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
