Richemont Senior Security Coordinator

- Support the Security, Health, Safety, and Environment (SHSE) team by facilitating communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Assist Security Managers in addressing operational issues and conducting performance reviews of service levels.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to gather information for incident investigations and reviews.
- Maintain and review information related to physical security and health-and-safety standards to ensure compliance with group policies.
- Collaborate with store planning and administration teams to implement physical and technical security measures.
- Coordinate with third-party security vendors to execute required security tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the PSHSE Director, including data management, report preparation, and statistics.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between Security Managers and other departments.
- Assist in conducting security risk assessments and developing security plans for company events.
- Support the PSHSE Director in managing security-related incidents at events.
- Provide secretarial and organizational support to the PSHSE Director, including meeting organization and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the PSHSE Director and external parties, setting up meetings and maintaining communication.
- Prepare presentations and reports for key meetings by researching and collating information from various sources.
- Manage incoming correspondence efficiently and maintain effective filing systems.
- Perform other duties related to security, health, and safety as directed by the PSHSE Director.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an international company, with exposure to supporting senior leaders.
- Strong influencing and communication skills across all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Positive and proactive mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking and task prioritization skills.
- Adaptability, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an international company, supporting senior leadership.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
