1. Customize and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud from an administrative perspective.
2. Develop and optimize AMPscript for dynamic content and personalization in emails, mobile messages, and cloud pages, with proficiency in SSJS.
3. Build and manage automation processes, including triggered emails, journey workflows, and customer engagement paths using Journey Builder.
4. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow, particularly with Salesforce CRM.
5. Manage data architecture, segmentation, and maintain data quality within the Marketing Cloud environment.
6. Perform data migration and data cleansing activities as required.
7. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration.
8. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, evaluating their applicability to the organization.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification.
3. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
4. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.

1. Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, AMPscript, HTML, SSJS, CSS, and SQL programming.
2. Proficient in web services (SOAP, REST).
3. Familiarity with integration patterns and tools for integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems.
4. Experienced in Agile delivery methodologies.
5. Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.
6. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English at C1 level.

A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, including expertise in implementing cross-cloud architectures, especially between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
