1. Craft luxurious, high-quality user experiences for group platforms.
2. Develop and integrate bespoke designs in a pixel-perfect manner.
3. Release high-quality code and configurations with an agile mindset.
4. Collaborate constructively in a multi-location, multi-technology development team.
5. Implement solutions following architectural principles, best practices, and guidelines.
6. Support solution definition and provide guidance on architectural designs and strategies.
7. Manage and develop architecture for products, translating business needs into solution blueprints.
8. Develop integration processes and interface requirements.
9. Select technology stacks based on requirements and constraints.
10. Provide technical expertise with a broad set of development tools and technologies.
11. Understand global IT strategy and business needs to define high-level architectures.
12. Provide recommendations on technology selection, including 'build or buy' decisions.
13. Analyze complex issues and propose solutions.
14. Ensure third-party products fit within the organizational ecosystem.
15. Maintain a roadmap for required architectural and infrastructure changes.
16. Align with Technical Team Leads to prioritize technical features.
17. Contribute to the Product Design Forum and Community of Practice.
18. Participate in technology stack selection based on requirements and limitations.

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Salesforce technical certifications, especially Platform Developer II, are highly desirable.

1. Expertise in development of Lightning Web Components, including advanced concepts such as reusability.
2. Strong proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud and B2B Commerce Lightning.
3. Proficiency in React and JavaScript component-oriented frameworks.
4. Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Vuex.
5. Experience with integrations using REST APIs secured by modern protocols.
6. Experience with Salesforce standard integration best practices.
7. Demonstrated experience in web application scalability.

5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with skills covering both back-end and front-end activities.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
