Senior Salesforce Front Developer

1. Craft a luxurious, high-quality user experience for group platforms
2. Develop and integrate bespoke designs in a pixel-perfect manner
3. Release high-quality code and configuration with an agile mindset
4. Collaborate efficiently in a multi-location, multi-technology development team
5. Lead the implementation and integration of technical architecture
6. Ensure adherence to architecture principles and best practices
7. Support solution definition and provide architectural guidance
8. Manage and develop architecture for products
9. Recommend target architecture and strategies
10. Develop integration processes and interface requirements
11. Select technology stack in collaboration with Technical Team Leads
12. Provide technical expertise with development tools and technologies
13. Analyze complex issues and propose solutions
14. Ensure third-party products fit in the organization ecosystem
15. Align with Product Owners to prioritize technical features
16. Contribute to Product Design Forum and Community of Practice

1. Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
2. 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, focusing on back-end development
3. Salesforce technical certifications, especially Platform Developer II, are highly desirable
4. Proficiency in English is mandatory, French is a plus

1. Strong capacity in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks
2. Expertise in Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Experience Cloud
3. Proficiency in React and JavaScript component-oriented frameworks
4. Experience with REST APIs and Salesforce integration best practices
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Good communication and collaboration skills
7. Experience with Agile Product management principles
8. High attention to detail and strong customer orientation
9. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments
