1. Promote best practices for scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
2. Develop enterprise-standard quality code and configuration releases with an agile mindset.
3. Challenge business requirements to align with Salesforce platform capabilities, balancing standard and custom solutions.
4. Create synergy and efficiency in a multi-location, multi-technology development team.
5. Comprehend business and technical context, constraints, requirements, and objectives.
6. Analyze and interpret functional specifications, translating them into technical implementations.
7. Implement back-end solutions within the B2B Salesforce ecosystem.
8. Create and conduct unit tests for the product/solution, adhering to specifications.
9. Diagnose, debug, and maintain the product/solution and its technical documentation.
10. Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate integration, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
11. Assist QA in defining test strategy and implementing test automation.
12. Follow, promote, and define development best practices.
13. Provide recommendations for product/solution enhancements.
14. Collaborate with other developers and the support team to address software issues.
15. Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, focusing on back-end development.
3. Salesforce technical certifications, especially Platform Developer II, are highly desirable.
4. Proficiency in English is mandatory, French is a plus.

1. Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, standard data, and security model.
2. Expertise in Apex development, Flows, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
3. Experience with integrations using REST APIs secured by modern protocols (OAuth 2 flows).
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
5. Good communication and collaboration skills.
6. Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
7. High attention to detail and strong customer orientation.

5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on back-end development.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
