Senior Salesforce Back-End Developer

1. Promote best practices for scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
2. Develop enterprise-standard quality code and configuration releases with an agile mindset.
3. Challenge business requirements to align with Salesforce platform capabilities.
4. Create synergy and efficiency in a multi-location, multi-technology development team.
5. Comprehend business and technical contexts, constraints, requirements, and objectives.
6. Analyze and interpret functional specifications and translate them into technical implementations.
7. Implement back-end solutions within the B2B Salesforce ecosystem.
8. Create and conduct unit tests for products/solutions.
9. Diagnose, debug, and maintain products/solutions and their technical documentation.
10. Collaborate with the DevOps team for continuous integration and deployment.
11. Assist QA in defining test strategies and implementing test automation.
12. Follow, promote, and define development best practices.
13. Provide recommendations for product/solution enhancements.
14. Collaborate with other developers and the support team to address software issues.
15. Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, focusing on back-end development.
3. Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, standard data, and security model.
4. Expertise in Apex development, Flows, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
5. Experience with integrations using REST APIs secured by modern protocols.
6. Salesforce technical certifications, especially Platform Developer II, are highly desirable.
7. Proficiency in English is mandatory; French is a plus.

3. Knowledge of Microsoft technologies is a plus.
4. Experience with authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.
5. Ability to write unit and integration tests.
6. Knowledge of agile methodologies.
7. Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.

9. Strong customer orientation.
10. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
11. Demonstrated experience in web application scalability.
12. Capacity to use emerging web technologies in live ecosystems.
13. Highly self-motivated and focused.

5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, focusing on back-end development.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
