1. Lead the execution and follow-up of regional strategic projects.
2. Identify priorities to allocate project resources effectively.
3. Liaise with Group functions to ensure alignment with Group strategy.
4. Lead Operational Excellence projects and initiatives.
5. Collaborate and support the logistics budget process for the region.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic project management or operations within complex, multicultural organizations.
2. Master’s degree or significant diploma in Business Management.
3. Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills.

1. Strong leadership and customer-focused approach.
2. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
3. Affinity for IT and understanding of business management.
4. Proficiency in additional languages such as French is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in strategic project management or operations within complex, multicultural organizations.

Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
