Richemont Senior Project Manager - China Affairs

- Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of the Chinese economy, society, policy, companies, and clientele.
- Research and forecast trends in Chinese outbound tourism and domestic market insights.
- Provide ad-hoc research according to the requests of Richemont Maisons.
- Offer internal support on strategic and operational planning for Maisons.
- Support the development of Maison's Chinese business structure at both HQ and market levels.
- Initiate discussions on Chinese market and clientele development with senior management teams of Maisons.
- Construct and implement operational action plans for priority markets of Maisons.
- Optimize relationships and develop business with existing global partners.
- Identify new potential partners and local diaspora communities in key markets, fostering collaboration with Richemont Maisons' local teams.
- Initiate partnerships with local specialized partners to access their HNWI Chinese network.
- Initiate, implement, and follow-up on projects to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Maisons and business partners.
- Master's degree or higher in Economics, International Relations, or Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in economic analysis and/or business development.
- Fluency in English and French, with mandatory proficiency in Chinese.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese macro/micro economy and the luxury industry.
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Impeccable analytical skills for editorial and research purposes.
- Detail-oriented in implementing business development projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex issues and manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
3-5 years of experience in economic analysis and/or business development.
Master's degree or higher in Economics, International Relations, or Management.
