Richemont Senior Product Owner, Retail Operations

- Define and execute product strategy for seamless retail operations.
- Manage product lifecycle, including vision, roadmap, and budget.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and product teams.
- Identify market opportunities and translate them into product requirements.
- Prioritize demand in collaboration with senior management across Maisons and regions.
- Maintain and refine product backlog based on business value and capacity.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure product vision is accurately implemented.
- Conduct regular updates on product evolution and contribution to business success.
- Continuously improve products based on user feedback and key metrics.
- Support business in change management and share best practices.
- Contribute to the Group’s global retail transformation initiatives.
- At least 8 years of experience in retail and omnichannel product management.
- Functional expertise in boutique operations or retail environment.
- Proven experience in facilitation, change management, and cross-business problem solving.
- Experience with product management techniques and agile methodologies.
- Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong business acumen and customer orientation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
A minimum of 8 years in retail and omnichannel projects/products management, with a focus on multinational and innovative environments.
Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
