Richemont Senior Product & Trade Compliance Expert

The Group Product & Trade Compliance Department (GPTC) plays a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory adherence and operational excellence across the organization's diverse portfolio.
- Conduct and coordinate regulatory research on new product and trade compliance regulations, analyzing requirements and assessing related risks and business impacts.
- Publish top-management level memos and various publications, including guidelines, directives, and training materials, to support compliance implementation.
- Develop and maintain expertise in product and trade compliance to support international stakeholders in launching new products and accessing new markets.
- Build and maintain a network of external stakeholders to clarify regulatory changes and build compliance solutions.
- Coordinate taskforces and workshops to support business compliance efforts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of services delivered by the Regulatory Team.
- At least 5 years of experience in trade compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, or corporate affairs, preferably in consumer products or supply chain services.
- Master's degree in Law or Economics from an EU, Swiss, or US university.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with SAP and SAP GTS is desirable.
- Strong research skills, particularly in regulations using OSINT and regulatory databases.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to summarize regulations and assess business impacts.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and influence decision-making.
- Agility and motivation to learn new capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork.
Minimum of 5 years in trade compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, or related fields, preferably in an international setting.
Master's degree in Law or Economics.
