1. Manage the complete payroll process for a portfolio of approximately 200 employees.
2. Prepare and verify payroll variables such as bonuses, overtime, and absences.
3. Conduct thorough checks of payslips and manage salary advances.
4. Handle social declarations (URSSAF, pension funds, insurance, etc.) and monthly DSN filings.
5. Support and train two payroll administrators in their daily tasks.
6. Participate in cross-functional projects with the Payroll Manager, including financial closing, salary reviews, and employee profit-sharing initiatives.
7. Maintain relationships with social organizations.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail environment.

1. Proficiency in payroll management tools, ideally SAP.
2. Ability to lead and mentor a team.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-specialists.

Salary range between €46,000 and €50,000, plus an 8% annual bonus.
