Richemont Senior Manager, Operational Physical Security

- Directly manage Physical Security operations at Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie, Bellevue Headquarters, and Villars-sur-Glâne Campus.
- Oversee Group Security operations for strategic events such as Watches & Wonders, RGMC, and AGM.
- Support and guide operations at critical sites as defined by Group Security.
- Manage a team of internal and external Physical Security experts to deliver services and ensure protection of people and assets.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks, including security enhancements and training.
- Ensure compliance with security regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
- Conduct internal assessments and reviews of new processes and facility modifications.
- Monitor and control security expenditures to ensure suitable ROI.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of critical sites.
- Liaise with Group PS construction and technology manager to evaluate new security technologies.
- Develop and implement a physical security strategy aligned with Richemont's objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in physical security management, focusing on critical infrastructure protection.
- Experience in the luxury goods industry or similar high-value asset environment is highly desirable.
- Experience managing security operations in a multi-site, international environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CPP or PSP are an asset.
- Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages like Italian are an asset.
