1. Serve as the primary contact for all security technology matters across Richemont entities.
2. Lead projects related to technology and major construction sites, collaborating with physical security partners.
3. Implement and optimize Physical Security technology concepts to support business objectives and cost efficiency.
4. Coordinate with regions and manufacturing entities to establish and maintain technological Physical Security arrangements.
5. Identify key stakeholders and ensure effective communication and agreement.
6. Engage with the Physical Security community to understand business needs and industry risks.
7. Lead working groups to identify business needs and test solutions.
8. Collaborate with the Group Security Cyber Resilience team on innovation strategy for Physical Security technology.
9. Ensure technology supports business objectives and mitigates identified risks.
10. Facilitate sharing of lessons learned and best practices.
11. Conduct site visits for stakeholder engagement and understanding of business opportunities.
12. Manage and oversee Group projects related to technology, including third-party consultants.
13. Develop and implement a risk assessment approach for boutiques' technology equipment.
14. Ensure construction projects comply with Group guidelines and local regulations.
15. Support and act as Subject Matter Expert for construction and technology-related queries.
16. Monitor major Real Estate projects for technology and compliance needs.
17. Liaise with the PS Operations Manager to address technology non-compliances.
18. Support third-party assessments against Richemont standards for technology.
19. Provide feedback on assurance processes related to physical security technology.
20. Manage projects, develop plans, and monitor performance.
21. Track security-related budget and set up KPIs.
22. Document meetings and create reports and security-related KPIs.
23. Lead contracts with security third-party providers and assess their quality.
24. Develop and update Richemont's security technology strategy, including new opportunities.
25. Coordinate with security technology vendors to minimize costs and mitigate risks.
26. Support Physical Security managers with technology-related queries.
27. Analyze data to provide guidance to stakeholders and top management.
28. Establish relationships with key organizations and security technology vendors.

1. More than 10 years of experience in Physical Security with proven operational excellence.
2. Appropriate management qualification in Physical Security.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Ability to write reports, manuals, and articles with distinctive style.
3. Effective and persuasive presentation skills on complex topics.
