1. Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and agreement in Physical Security operations.
2. Lead working groups to address business and user needs, testing solutions for strategic operations.
3. Support Richemont entities in implementing both short-term measures and long-term processes for continuous improvement in Physical Security.
4. Monitor, consolidate, and analyze data to provide insights and guidance to key stakeholders, including top management.
5. Coordinate Physical Security topics across entities and support specific projects as defined by the Group Physical Security Associate Director.
6. Review and align high-risk country plans and support the deployment of KRE plans for manufacturing and maisons.
7. Develop and implement a global phone number for security support in collaboration with the Group Security Cyber Resilience Team.
8. Support the tracking and closure of Physical Security non-compliances and liaise with the Group Risk and Assurance Team for third-party assessments.
9. Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance, including budget tracking and KPI setup.
10. Document and communicate meetings through minutes, PowerPoint presentations, and workflow management.

1. Over 5 years of experience in managing Physical Security operations with proven operational excellence.
2. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues and write reports, manuals, and articles with distinctive style.
3. Capacity to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics.
4. Proficiency in motivating and negotiating with key employees, top management, and stakeholder groups.
5. Fluency in French and English.
