1. Manage and advise on Physical Security operations across Richemont entities.
2. Ensure implementation of suitable Physical Security concepts.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with entities to establish and maintain Physical Security arrangements.
4. Identify key stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
5. Lead working groups to identify business needs and test solutions.
6. Support entities in implementing short-term measures and long-term improvement processes.
7. Monitor and analyze data to provide guidance to stakeholders.
8. Review and align high-risk country plans and support deployment of KRE plans.
9. Develop travel security modules and guidance materials.
10. Support compliance testing and risk mitigation measures.
11. Manage projects, develop plans, and monitor performance.
12. Track security-related budgets and set up KPIs.

1. More than 5 years of experience in managing Physical Security operations.
2. Proven operational excellence in Physical Security topics.

1. Effective response to sensitive issues.
2. Report writing and presentation skills.
3. Motivation and negotiation with stakeholders.
4. Fluency in French and English.
