1. Adapt and implement HR strategies in alignment with the business plan for four SWM maisons, ensuring flexibility to accommodate organizational changes.
2. Collaborate with HR functions to formulate strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining maison talents.
3. Provide human resources advice, counsel, and decisions to support management.
4. Monitor headcount movements and staffing costs to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
5. Prioritize recruitment requests and oversee local recruitment activities with internal sourcers.
6. Advise management on compensation and benefits issues, ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
7. Compile data for annual salary reviews and performance appraisal analyses.
8. Promote talent management concepts and facilitate talent deployment and development.
9. Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication.
10. Implement learning strategies and programs in partnership with maison and regional L&D teams.

1. University graduate
2. Minimum of 6 years of comprehensive retail HR experience, preferably with high luxury brands
3. Hands-on, well-organized, and capable of multitasking
4. Ability to manage complexity and influence at all organizational levels

4. Fluency in Cantonese and English

A minimum of six years of comprehensive HR experience in the retail or high luxury sector is required.

University degree required.
