- Adapt and implement HR strategies in alignment with the business plan for four SWM maisons, ensuring flexibility to accommodate organizational changes.
- Collaborate with HR functions to formulate strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining maison talents.
- Provide human resources advice, counsel, and decisions to support management.
- Monitor headcount movements and staffing costs to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Prioritize recruitment requests and oversee local recruitment activities with internal sourcers.
- Advise management on compensation and benefits issues, ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
- Compile data for annual salary reviews and performance appraisal analyses.
- Promote talent management concepts and facilitate talent deployment and development.
- Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication.
- Implement learning strategies and programs in partnership with maison and regional L&D teams.
- University graduate
- Minimum of 6 years of comprehensive retail HR experience, preferably with high luxury brands
- Hands-on, well-organized, and capable of multitasking
- Ability to manage complexity and influence at all organizational levels
- Good interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Mature, confident, and proactive attitude
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Fluency in Cantonese and English
A minimum of six years of comprehensive HR experience in the retail or high luxury sector is required.
University degree required.
