Richemont Senior HR Executive - People Operations

- Develop and maintain HRIS processes, procedures, and documentation for efficient system usage.
- Manage attendance for boutique and office employees, including training and maintenance.
- Participate in HR projects related to system implementations, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Review temporary salary calculations by external vendors.
- Handle social security processes for Labor Insurance, Health Insurance, and Pension schemes.
- Support Compensation & Benefits for payroll audits and reporting.
- Collaborate with the NEA HR team on payroll, payment, and tax reporting operations.
- Assist in collaborating with external tax advisors for expatriate employees' tax matters.
- Ensure compliance with HR SOPs, guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor compliance in payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and staff working hours.
- Provide day-to-day employee support and enhance HR digitalization.
- Support logistics for electronic vouchers, mobility, and transfer processes.
- Administer health and employee benefit programs efficiently.
- 5-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with expertise in payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with SAP/Workday is advantageous.
- Interest or experience in digital tools such as Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and a good team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Strong drive and a can-do attitude.
5-8 years in compensation and benefits, particularly in payroll processes and tax regulations.
