- Collaborate with the Head of HR to develop and implement an employee-centric HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Support business transformation efforts, including organization design, workforce planning, and cultural evolution.
- Lead or support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and integration of organizational changes.
- Partner with leaders and managers to develop leadership capabilities and succession pipelines through coaching and targeted development plans.
- Drive comprehensive talent processes, including talent reviews, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Leverage HR data to provide insights on workforce trends and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with other HR Business Partners on annual projects in employee relations, talent development, and learning and development.
- Ensure HR policies align with business requirements and local employment legislation, supporting audits and risk mitigation efforts.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects such as engagement strategies, DEI efforts, university partnerships, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Compile, develop, and present monthly reports and HR metrics to manage the HR calendar and identify trends.
- Extensive experience in senior HR roles such as HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- Proven track record of delivering people strategies aligned with business needs.
- Evidence of successful solutions accelerating talent development and strengthening employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of performance review processes, talent assessments, and development tools.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law.
- Ability to understand and transfer people's data into relevant insights for decision-making.
- Strong business partnership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internal people data systems (SAP/Visier).
Extensive experience in senior HR roles with a focus on strategic HR initiatives and talent management.
CIPD Level 5 Diploma and a Bachelor's degree preferred.
