Richemont Senior HR Business Partner

- Serve as a strategic HR business partner, advising on employee lifecycle matters and ensuring people-centric business decisions.
- Align HR activities such as performance management, talent development, and succession planning with business objectives and legal requirements.
- Drive updates to HR practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and protect business interests.
- Facilitate recruitment strategies and support key hiring initiatives within assigned populations.
- Lead talent assessments and management initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and develop talent.
- Support and coach leaders in promoting a learning mindset across teams.
- Guide facilitators and trainers to deliver high-quality training and workshops.
- Manage the compensation review process and budget in collaboration with the Finance department.
- Handle individual and collective litigations, escalating legal cases as necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of HR data and metrics for analysis and reporting.
- University degree in a relevant field of study.
- Previous HR experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Benelux & Nordics employment law and HR practices.
- Proficiency in navigating matrix organizations.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent project and change management skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with senior managers on HR issues.
Previous experience in a similar HR role is required, with a focus on strategic HR management and business partnership.
University degree in a relevant field of study.
