1. Serve as a strategic HR business partner, advising on employee lifecycle matters and ensuring people-centric business decisions.
2. Align HR activities such as performance management, talent development, and succession planning with business objectives and legal requirements.
3. Drive updates to HR practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and protect business interests.
4. Facilitate recruitment strategies and support key hiring initiatives within assigned populations.
5. Lead talent assessments and management initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities and develop talent.
6. Support and coach leaders in promoting a learning mindset across teams.
7. Guide facilitators and trainers to deliver high-quality training and workshops.
8. Manage the compensation review process and budget in collaboration with the Finance department.
9. Handle individual and collective litigations, escalating legal cases as necessary.
10. Ensure the accuracy and quality of HR data and metrics for analysis and reporting.

1. University degree in a relevant field of study.
2. Previous HR experience in a similar role.

1. Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is advantageous.
2. In-depth knowledge of Benelux & Nordics employment law and HR practices.
3. Proficiency in navigating matrix organizations.
4. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
5. Excellent project and change management skills.
6. Ability to liaise effectively with senior managers on HR issues.

Previous experience in a similar HR role is required, with a focus on strategic HR management and business partnership.

University degree in a relevant field of study.
