1. Lead financial planning activities, including monthly and quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, annual budgeting, strategic plans, and budget presentations.
2. Perform activities related to the closing of monthly actuals in adherence to IFRS and Group reporting deadlines.
3. Build and maintain dashboards and reports of key operating and financial performance indicators.
4. Drive insightful analysis and financial visibility through financial modeling and scenario analysis to enable strategic and operational decision-making.
5. Collaborate closely with the UAE Brand Director and department heads to identify areas of opportunity or concern.
6. Provide recommendations and guidance on actions necessary to achieve financial targets, accelerate growth, and manage costs.
7. Review capital investment requests for retail and wholesale channel development to support growth initiatives.
8. Support initiatives to promote financial knowledge and KPI adherence across commercial teams.
9. Contribute to the development of a strong compliance culture within the UAE Finance function and the Brand.
10. Establish strong working relationships with the Regional and UAE Finance leadership teams and support initiatives at the discretion of the Regional Director FP&A.

1. BA/BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or MBA (or equivalent) preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or a similar environment.
3. Strong base knowledge of accounting, finance, and operational principles.
4. Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
5. Experience in managing complex structures with multiple stakeholders.
6. Proven ability to work with all levels of management and develop key relationships.

1. High learning agility and ability to deliver within a dynamic environment.
2. Proficient use of SAP ERP, financial queries in SEM & BW, and data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
3. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent presentation skills.
4. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong team mindset and project management skills.
6. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
7. Fluent in spoken and written English.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or a similar environment is required.
