Richemont Senior Financial Analyst

The Group FP&A department, located in Bellevue, plays a critical role in strategic financial planning and analysis, supporting both regional functions and individual Maisons.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for Regional Functions, focusing on key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate financial deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely submission.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication within the regional finance community through meetings and workshops.
- Manage regional capital requests, ensuring alignment with policies and budget, providing recommendations and tracking approvals.
- Provide financial support to a designated Maison, understanding its business model and financial performance.
- Analyze Maison's financial results, identifying areas for improvement in sales, profitability, and costs.
- Support Maison in developing forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with Group targets.
- Enhance Group FP&A data visualization by designing and maintaining interactive visualizations.
- Lead ad-hoc global projects, providing financial insights and collaborating with Group Finance management.
- Analyze the impact of macroeconomic variables on Group financials.
- Business school or University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, or Engineering.
- More than 5 years of experience in multinational, structured, and complex organizations.
- Proven track record in managing, budgeting, and reporting financial statements.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proactive sense of ownership and anticipation of business needs.
- Ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines, adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis within multinational organizations, with a focus on managing, budgeting, and reporting financial statements.
Degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, or Engineering.
