Richemont Senior Developer / Business Analyst

- Design, develop, implement, and support custom business applications and automated workflows using low-code platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
- Build cost-effective, high-value solutions leveraging SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL Databases, BI, and other tools.
- Configure, monitor, and manage permissions, user access, and security settings in SharePoint and Power Apps.
- Perform technical feasibility assessments to identify optimal development platforms for specific projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into applications that enhance business value and optimize efficiency.
- Assess and prioritize business requests to ensure projects are cost-effective and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Define clear business objectives, capture detailed requirements, and establish accurate project timelines.
- Leverage methodologies and tools to manage and track multiple projects and competing priorities.
- 3+ years of experience building custom SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications.
- Development experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI) is preferred.
- Experience managing all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of UX best practices and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SharePoint (Online, On-Premises, 2016, 2019) and Power Platform tools.
- Experience with SharePoint add-ins, SQL Server, MS Net Framework, HTML, Power Shell, JavaScript, jQuery, PowerShell, APIs, and RPAs.
- Ability to manage complex permissions and security protocols in SharePoint and Power Apps.
- Strong understanding of business process optimization and automation.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
3+ years of experience in developing and managing SharePoint and Power Platform applications.
Bachelor’s Degree in software development or computer engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
