1. Design, develop, implement, and support custom business applications and automated workflows using low-code platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
2. Build cost-effective, high-value solutions leveraging SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL Databases, BI, and other tools.
3. Configure, monitor, and manage permissions, user access, and security settings in SharePoint and Power Apps.
4. Perform technical feasibility assessments to identify optimal development platforms for specific projects.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into applications that enhance business value and optimize efficiency.
6. Assess and prioritize business requests to ensure projects are cost-effective and aligned with strategic objectives.
7. Define clear business objectives, capture detailed requirements, and establish accurate project timelines.
8. Leverage methodologies and tools to manage and track multiple projects and competing priorities.

1. 3+ years of experience building custom SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications.
2. Development experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI) is preferred.
3. Experience managing all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
4. Knowledge of UX best practices and tools.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

1. Proficiency in SharePoint (Online, On-Premises, 2016, 2019) and Power Platform tools.
2. Experience with SharePoint add-ins, SQL Server, MS Net Framework, HTML, Power Shell, JavaScript, jQuery, PowerShell, APIs, and RPAs.
3. Ability to manage complex permissions and security protocols in SharePoint and Power Apps.
4. Strong understanding of business process optimization and automation.
5. Excellent communication and training skills.

3+ years of experience in developing and managing SharePoint and Power Platform applications.

Bachelor’s Degree in software development or computer engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
