Richemont Senior Credit Manager

- Streamline credit and collection processes with a focus on automation and efficiency.
- Oversee accounts receivable management for all Maisons, including jewelry, watches, and fashion brands.
- Provide credit support and reporting for brand leadership across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
- Integrate newly acquired brands into the Credit team's responsibilities.
- Develop relationships with key and high-risk customer accounts to ensure superior service.
- Escalate high-risk customers and collaborate with Finance controllers to mitigate losses.
- Work with third-party agencies to recover debts and products.
- Resolve accounts receivable issues, including month-end balancing and billing problems.
- Lead the month-end AR close process and prepare related reports.
- Manage and support the performance of Assistant Credit Managers and Credit Analysts.
- Provide training and resources for new hires and ongoing support for Credit Analysts.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure superior service and balanced workloads.
- Assess credit risk for new customers and approve credit limit requests.
- Collaborate with brand management on sales strategies and collection issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies, including AML and tax exemption.
- Manage external audit requests related to wholesale AR.
- Partner with IT for credit process enhancements and SAP improvements.
- Minimum of 10 years in accounts receivable or credit-related roles, with 5 years in management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Leadership and team management skills.

- Time-management and multitasking capabilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
A minimum of 10 years in accounts receivable or credit-related roles, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance is strongly preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
