Richemont Senior Manager, Compliance

- Oversee compliance across retail, warehouse, customer service, and corporate settings in Canada.
- Develop and manage Internal Control Systems (ICS) to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Implement and oversee anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance, including FINTRAC reporting.
- Ensure adherence to security procedures and enhance facility security measures.
- Lead health and safety initiatives, including training and compliance with federal and provincial standards.
- Support product and trade compliance within supply chain management, ensuring adherence to customs and trade regulations.
- Manage privacy and data protection compliance as the Data Protection Officer.
- Oversee ESG regulatory requirements, including reporting on forced and child labor.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, presenting findings to senior management.
- University or college degree/diploma
- 5+ years of experience in at least two key responsibility areas
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in English; French proficiency is an asset
- Team management and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SAP and MSR systems is an asset
- AML or Financial Crimes certification is an asset
5+ years of expertise in at least two of the leading key responsibilities outlined.
University or college degree/diploma
