Senior Compliance Manager

1. Oversee compliance across Canadian operations, including retail, warehouse, customer service, and corporate settings.
2. Develop and oversee internal control systems to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
3. Manage anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance, including risk assessment and mitigation.
4. Ensure facility security procedures adhere to internal audit controls.
5. Lead health and safety training and compliance, including federal and provincial standards.
6. Support product and trade compliance within supply chain management.
7. Oversee privacy and data protection compliance as the Data Protection Officer.
8. Support ESG regulatory requirements.

1. University or college degree/diploma
2. 5+ years of expertise in at least 2 of the key responsibilities outlined

1. Team management and project management skills
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Excellent problem-solving skills
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. Knowledge of SAP and MSR system (an asset)
6. Understanding of the Canadian customs process
7. Proficient in English; proficiency in French (an asset)

5+ years of expertise in at least 2 of the leading key responsibilities outlined.
