Richemont Senior Collection Merchandiser — Ready-to-Wear

- Define and drive the global commercial strategy for Ready-to-Wear collections, ensuring alignment between design intent and retail/wholesale objectives.
- Own assortment architecture and range planning across seasons, balancing creativity, commercial potential and margin targets.
- Prepare sell-in packages, pricing proposals and seasonal line plans for Wholesale, Retail and E‑commerce channels.
- Monitor sell-through and inventory performance; implement SKU-level actions, allocation and replenishment strategies to optimise stock and margin.
- Lead cross-functional planning with Design, Production, Buying, Planning, Marketing and Retail Operations to deliver cohesive collections on calendar and to budget.
- Provide regular reporting and KPI analysis (sell-in, sell-through, margin, stock turn) and translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.
- Manage seasonal calendars, collection reviews and trade presentations; represent merchandising in range sign-off and product development meetings.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global ranges to local market needs and channel dynamics.
- Proven ability to translate design-led product into commercial ranges that meet margin and sell‑through targets.
- Strong numerical and analytical capability with experience using data to inform assortment and pricing decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills; experience driving decisions across cross-functional and multi-geography teams.
- Proven track record in SKU and inventory optimisation, allocation and replenishment strategies.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced seasonal environment and to meet critical product calendars.

Significant merchandising experience in luxury ready-to-wear, typically 6–10 years, with proven responsibility for collection-level commercial performance and international/omnichannel exposure.
Bachelor's degree in fashion, merchandising, business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; postgraduate study or specialised merchandising training is advantageous.
