- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to logistics and supply chain operations within the Americas region.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for logistics-related projects.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the logistics data landscape, including data sources, quality, and availability.
- Perform advanced data analysis on logistics data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key logistics performance indicators.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Present findings and recommendations to logistics stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Provide analytical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate complex logistics concepts and data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for logistics-related projects.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics data quality, processes, and reporting capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures specific to logistics data.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with a strong focus on logistics and supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to logistics challenges.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Experience with data modeling and database concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, and inventory management.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with a strong focus on logistics and supply chain operations.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
