1. Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements related to logistics and supply chain operations within the Americas region.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
3. Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for logistics-related projects.
4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the logistics data landscape, including data sources, quality, and availability.
5. Perform advanced data analysis on logistics data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
6. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key logistics performance indicators.
7. Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
8. Present findings and recommendations to logistics stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
9. Provide analytical support throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
11. Effectively communicate complex logistics concepts and data insights to non-technical audiences.
12. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
13. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for logistics-related projects.
14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
15. Identify opportunities to improve logistics data quality, processes, and reporting capabilities.
16. Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures specific to logistics data.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with a strong focus on logistics and supply chain operations.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to logistics challenges.
2. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
3. Experience with data modeling and database concepts.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong understanding of logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, and inventory management.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with a strong focus on logistics and supply chain operations.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
