1. Serve as the local Finance business partner for three Maisons, including Van Cleef & Arpels, to analyze, challenge, and elucidate financial performance, facilitating informed decision-making.
2. Participate in the local executive committee of Van Cleef & Arpels, contributing insights on operations and strategy for the Swiss market.
3. Lead the budget process for the three Maisons in collaboration with local commercial teams and headquarters, and monitor deviations from the plan.
4. Engage in monthly financial closings and act as the finance referent.

1. Master's degree or equivalent in an analytics-related field such as management, marketing, or economics.
2. 8 to 10 years of experience in finance, specifically in audit or controlling.

1. Fluency in English and French; German is a strong advantage.
2. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
3. Strong automated and digital skills, including familiarity with Power Apps, Knime, and Looker.
4. Agility, commitment, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset.

8 to 10 years of experience in finance, specifically in audit or controlling.

Master's degree or equivalent in an analytics-related field.
