1. Monitor and resolve sales transaction issues in SAP for retail and e-commerce.
2. Reconcile daily receivables and payment collections in SAP and Matchbox systems.
3. Ensure refunds comply with company policies.
4. Follow up on tourist tax refund matters.
5. Reconcile and clear general ledger accounts for financial accuracy.
6. Prepare monthly schedules and reports for stakeholders.
7. Conduct landlord reporting.
8. Examine retail and e-commerce transactions for policy compliance.
9. Present review observations and recommendations to management.
10. Coordinate and perform finance stock takes.
11. Monitor boutique stocks for accurate accounting.
12. Conduct training and meetings with retail teams on finance operations.
13. Ensure compliance with finance operations manual and local regulations.
14. Participate in finance-related projects and tasks.
15. Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors and local authorities.
16. Identify areas for efficiency improvements in finance operations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, FMCG, or beauty and cosmetics industries.
2. Auditing experience is essential.
3. Recognized Diploma in Accountancy.

2. Ability to navigate matrix organizations.
3. Critical thinking and effective communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems.
5. Ability to work under pressure and assess complex business situations.
6. Proactive, innovative, organized, and meticulous with a 'can do' attitude.
7. Enthusiasm for digital possibilities.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally within luxury retail, FMCG, and beauty and cosmetics industries, with mandatory auditing experience.
