1. Oversee and analyze all monthly expense entries.
2. Perform necessary accounting reclassifications.
3. Execute monthly and annual expense provision entries.
4. Verify intercompany transactions and coordinate with the global team.
5. Control and verify the GRIR account.
6. Conduct weekly meetings with logistics and import teams regarding inventory in transit and make necessary monthly provisions.
7. Update databases for monthly result analysis and review prior to reporting.
8. Manage relevant accounting reconciliations.
9. Support interns with supplier invoice entries.
10. Assist area analysts and the accounting coordinator with monthly demands.
11. Facilitate audit processes.
12. Calculate IRPJ and CSLL.
13. Complete and analyze Sped Contábil and ECF.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
2. Academic background in Accounting.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Experience in IRPJ/CSLL calculations.
5. Proficiency in SAP is desirable.

A minimum of five years of experience in accounting, with specific expertise in IRPJ/CSLL calculations.
