1. Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with Richemont Security Directives and develop compliant security solutions.
2. Review and implement Richemont's constructive and technical specifications within locations to ensure guideline adherence.
3. Support security aspects of new and renovated boutique projects, managing system contractors and implementing guidelines.
4. Assist in implementing operational procedures for main locations.
5. Conduct security-related training and implement best practices.
6. Conduct regular visits to boutiques and locations to support security initiatives.
7. Prepare concepts for security activities and oversee their implementation.
8. Monitor KPIs and SLA compliance for external suppliers, identifying breaches in guidelines.
9. Develop and implement a compliance strategy for external suppliers, ensuring high standards and action plans.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. Previous experience in a physical security role
3. Security certifications such as UNI 10459:2017

1. Experience with security technology (intrusion detection systems, video analytics, and access control software)
2. Experience with security investigations and incident response
3. Experience with security training and awareness programs
4. Proficiency in IT and digital systems
5. Solution-oriented and proactive
6. Well-organized with attention to detail
7. Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment
8. Fluency in Italian and English

Previous experience in a physical security role is required, with a strong background in security technology and investigations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
