Security Policy and Processes Coordinator

1. Coordinate the lifecycle of the Group Security Policy, standards, and documentation.
2. Maintain governance, tools, and processes for security policies and content database.
3. Promote alignment and standardization of security-related documentation.
4. Animate the security community through forums and events.
5. Coordinate and execute the release cycle for new content in the Security Portal.
6. Ensure functional features and end-user support for the Security Portal.
7. Liaise with service providers and Group Security Technology on technical issues.
8. Lead and contribute to improvement and evolution projects.
9. Onboard users and assessors as required.
10. Work with other functions to embed Security risk and compliance in processes.
11. Create, evaluate, and document business processes with process owners.
12. Coordinate data initiatives for Group PS HS and communicate priorities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area
2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
3. Project Management experience
