1. Develop and implement security policies, risk management strategies, and incident response plans.
2. Conduct audits, vulnerability analyses, and investigations to ensure security compliance.
3. Protect personnel, including executive protection, and manage assets and resources through security measures and training.
4. Oversee the transportation of valuables and ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices in physical security.
5. Manage relationships with external security service providers and oversee security aspects of new boutique construction, renovations, and events.
6. Lead a security team and manage budgets related to security, health and safety, and facilities.
7. Seek efficiency improvements and work on integration projects.
8. Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, training, and awareness in health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
9. Oversee building operations, maintenance, project management, and provide contract and administrative support.

1. Degree in a relevant field such as engineering is preferred.
2. Extensive experience in security within multinational organizations.
3. Solid knowledge of standards, processes, and compliance in physical security, including applicable laws and regulations.

1. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
2. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in managing external operations and budgets.
4. Experience in developing and implementing security training programs.
5. Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment and maintain professional relations across different countries.
6. Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Extensive and solid previous experience in security within multinational organizations is required.

Degree in a relevant field such as engineering is preferred.
