Richemont Security Director

- Develop and implement security policies, risk management strategies, and incident response plans.
- Conduct audits, vulnerability analyses, and investigations to ensure security compliance.
- Protect personnel, including executive protection, and manage assets and resources through security measures and training.
- Oversee the transportation of valuables and ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices in physical security.
- Manage relationships with external security service providers and oversee security aspects of new boutique construction, renovations, and events.
- Lead a security team and manage budgets related to security, health and safety, and facilities.
- Seek efficiency improvements and work on integration projects.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, training, and awareness in health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
- Oversee building operations, maintenance, project management, and provide contract and administrative support.
- Degree in a relevant field such as engineering is preferred.
- Extensive experience in security within multinational organizations.
- Solid knowledge of standards, processes, and compliance in physical security, including applicable laws and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in managing external operations and budgets.
- Experience in developing and implementing security training programs.
- Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment and maintain professional relations across different countries.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Extensive and solid previous experience in security within multinational organizations is required.
Degree in a relevant field such as engineering is preferred.
