1. Support the implementation of Security and Health & Safety projects, concepts, directives, risk assessments, and strategies across the UK Market.
2. Work closely with Security/Health & Safety Managers, site management, employees, and business partners to ensure compliance with directives.
3. Identify compliance gaps through regular visits and collaborate with management to implement solutions.
4. Review and implement Richemont specifications and operational procedures for each main location.
5. Train employees in Security and Health & Safety needs, ensuring compliance with local UK legislation and group standards.
6. Ensure compliance with Richemont security and Health & Safety guidelines and directives.
7. Conduct regular location visits, assessments, and individual assessments for employees.
8. Build relationships with external suppliers, ensuring compliance with Richemont standards and monitoring KPIs and SLA compliance.
9. Assist during events, carrying out risk assessments and suggesting mitigation measures.
10. Be available for late finishes after events or audits, and occasional weekend work for events.

1. IOSH Health and Safety qualification

1. Creating Risk Assessments
2. Fire awareness skills
3. CCTV skills for investigations
4. Dealing with external vendors
5. IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
6. Organizational skills
7. Ability to work independently and under pressure
8. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
9. Ability to work in constantly changing environments

2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
